This is just a quick update. We have left the cold elevations of northern Arizona for the warmer climes of southern Arizona. Ahhhh, this feel much better.
On our way to our present location, we stopped west of Phoenix to dump our waste tanks, fill up with fresh water, propane and fuel, and pick up the last little bit of groceries.

We are now practicing social distancing by boondocking on BLM land just outside the Kofa National Wildlife Refuge in Arizona. Hopefully we are out of reach of the COVID-19 virus.
It should be a quiet couple of weeks. Amy and I have sewing projects. There are some hikes to do. I can easily create a honey-do list for Jim. We have cellular internet to connect to the outside world. It could be much worse.

Like everyone else, we are hoping things settle down in the outside world. It would be nice to be able to play tourist again. But for now, we are being responsible world citizens and isolating ourselves.
Be safe and healthy everyone. Wash your hands.
Sounds like life is “good” in the desert. Maybe in your spare time, you can think real hard and send us some heat. Yes, I wash my hands — over and over — and wondering what I do when I run out of skin ๐
We are ALL suffering from dishpan hands!
Be Safe!
I had been wondering where you were and then noticed my gmail put your March 22 email in spam!? Glad you returned to a favorite place and it was OPEN! You guys have for years lived the social distancing lifestyle in your travels and we can all learn from you that life is good when you just sit still and relax. I have used my time to learn stuff I never even wondered about like hospital ships, Defense Production Act, things soldiers are not allowed to do when called in to assist, our poorly-stocked national stockpile, and all that scientific and medical info! And more time for reading!
